Week 2 of the Summer Taoist Healing Retreat is a standalone training module dedicated entirely to Taoist Sexual Alchemy.
Through structured Taoist practices, you will learn to conserve, refine, and circulate life-force instead of allowing it to dissipate.
You will work with traditional Taoist methods such as Testicle and Ovarian Breathing, Power Lock, Big Draw, Valley Orgasm, and Single and Dual Cultivation practices to transform sexual essence into Qi and guide it through the Microcosmic Orbit. Men learn methods for controlling ejaculation and redirecting sexual energy, while women practice refining reproductive energy and circulating it internally.

Yes, all participants of Tao Garden workshops with Mantak Chia get a certificate at the end of the Workshop. This certificate doesn’t give the permission of teaching. Learn more about certification steps to become a certified instructor: Click here
If you would like to request a refund for an online event before it begins, email us at hello@mantakchia.com, so we can make a full refund. Refunds are not available after a seminar begins. No problem at all, you will receive the recordings and can catch up after. You will have lifetime access to stream them in a high resolution.
